- Dr. Daniel J. Kraus was born in Washington, D.C. , grew up in Silver Spring and is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park. He then went on to Life College in Marietta, Georgia, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Kraus received a Distinguished Fellow of Chiropractic Biophysics certification in 2008 and his Advanced Certification in Chiropractic Biophysics in 2011. He is Board certified in the State of Maryland, and by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dr. Kraus has had extensive experience in structural rehabilitation and he focuses on spinal correction. He believes that fixing posture helps improve overall health and helps patients achieve their long term health goals. His approach to treatment is to find the underlying cause of the problem; each treatment program is designed specifically for the individual. The office, established in 2019 is focused on the health needs of the entire family with a focus on posture correction.

Dr. Rosell J. Belmont Monell was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She graduated with a B.S. in Biology from the University of the Sacred Heart. Dr. Rosell then attended New York Chiropractic College where she earned her doctorate in Chiropractic.
She was selected for a clinical Clerkship in Long Island, NY that specializes in management of chronic pain in a multidisciplinary setting. During the clerkship, she worked with various pain management specialists in a variety of fields including Neurology, Physical Therapy, Advanced Practice Nursing.
Dr. Rosell is board certified and licensed by the Maryland Board of Chiropractic Examiners and National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Rosell undertook additional coursework in soft tissue and musculoskeletal stabilizing techniques that include:
Dr. Rosell is fully bilingual (Spanish and English). During her free time, you can find her enjoying hockey/football, participating in water/outdoor sports or doing arts and crafts. Dr. Rosell is committed to improving patients’ quality of life and guiding them to posture correction.
Annette Jamison is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus in orthopedics and pain management. She has lived in the D.C. area for 15 years but grew up in Los Alamos, New Mexico.
After graduating with honors and a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition from Texas State University she moved to the DC area. She then attended Georgetown University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a cardiac nurse in D.C. Annette later obtained her Master’s from Georgetown University to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. While studying at Georgetown she was inducted into the very prestigious honor society, Sigma Theta Tau.
Annette has focused on pain management and orthopedics in an integrated setting since she became a Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about helping patients feel better and creating an individualized plan to meet each patient's needs. She is currently working towards a functional medicine certification and is excited to offer this richer more individualized type of medical care to her patients. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners Association of Maryland, and Sigma Theta Tau.
Annette resides with her husband and three kids in Maryland. She loves hiking, kayaking, gardening, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
Seung Woo Paik is an acupuncturist and herbalist certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine), licensed in the states of Virginia and Maryland. He received his Master of Science in Acupuncture and Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine.
After graduating from the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine, Seung Woo completed his acupuncture externship at an oriental medicine clinic in South Korea, training in Sa-Am acupuncture (Korean 4-Needle Technique), Scalp acupuncture, Electro-acupuncture, Cupping, and Herbal medicine.
Seung Woo is committed to ongoing education and learning the latest research and techniques in the field of acupuncture. Currently, he is enrolled in the Professional Doctorate Program in Acupuncture with Chinese Herbal Medicine at Virginia University of Integrative Medicine to further advance his knowledge and expertise in the field.
He specializes in pain management (back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, headache/migraine, TMJ syndrome, Sport injuries), rehabilitation from stroke, facial paralysis (Bell’s Palsy), mental health (anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia), digestive health (constipation, diarrhea, abdominal bloating, indigestion, IBS), women’s health (PMS, menopause symptoms), and others.
With a background in western medicine, Hena is passionate about helping people recover physically as well as mentally through acupuncture. As a naturopathic doctor and homeopath, Hena has many tools in her toolbox that assist her patients in achieving whole-body wellness. Her knowledge and confidence about acupuncture and herbal medicine help you relax and receive healing treatments for anything from pain and insomnia to infertility. Fostering deep relationships is important to Hena, and outside of the treatment room she spends most of her time with family and close friends, including furry four-legged dog friends!
